Frequently Asked Questions:
- Are there any references that we could contact?
You can ask for reference contacts at any time you like.
- Are there any extra or hidden fees such as phone, laundry, cleaning or utilities?
There are no hidden fees! You should not have any extra fees except for telephone calls to lines not included or for extra cleaning services requested, or with rentals longer than 2 weeks, or required in violation of the rental agreement.
- Do you accept personal checks as security deposit?
Yes, prefer to have the security deposit in the form of check or credit card payment.
- Do you cash the security deposit upon booking?
Yes. If there is damage, this allows us to deduct any damage costs directly from this amount. If all is in order, it will be returned to you after within 30 days after your departure.
- What is included in the price?
Everything: Final cleaning (except where noted), sheets & towels, utilities, Internet access, cable, telephone (as noted), taxes, bank fees, etc.
- What is your booking procedure?
We normally ask for the following:
- a rental agreement to be signed;
- rental fees & security deposit to be paid at booking to confirm your dates;

- What is your cancellation policy?
Upon confirmation of receipt of payments, whether initial or final, no payments are refundable unless a minimum of 30 days notice prior to arrival date is given. In the event of cancellation, we retain a pro-ratio portion of the rental fee as follows:
- Any cancellation notification received by JF Properties at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in a full refund of deposit less a processing fee of €50; and
Any cancellation received after 30 days prior to your arrival, will result in the forfeit of deposit unless the property is re-rented. Any days re-rented will be refunded on a pro-rata basis less a processing fee of €50.
