Terms & Conditions

Rates:
Rates are always in Euros. For US dollar or any other currency equivalents, we recommend www.xe.com for an immediate and up to date conversions.

Rates quoted by us are always all-inclusive - no unexpected charges!

Nightly rate:  €175 to €250

Weekly rate:  €1125 to €1575

Monthly rate: €2900 to €4950

Rates vary according to availability and season

Booking:  Just go to the "Contact Us" page and fill in the form with your booking request.  We will contact you upon receipt to notify you of availability and rates.

Additional cleaning:  Additional housekeeping can be scheduled during your stay at an extra charge.

Minimum stays: 3 nights, unless otherwise agreed.

Booking Conditions:

We ask you to sign a rental agreement and pay the full rental fees & security deposit at booking to confirm your dates. 

Booking will not be fully confirmed until (1) the rental agreement has been signed with our rental agent, and (2) the fees have been received.

Bookings are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

For bookings that are made

more than 30 days from arrival date - other payment arrangements can be agreed with owner.

Once the rental fee is paid, we will confirm it by email and you will get full instructions and information pertinent to the apartment and your booking.

 Cancellation Conditions:                                           In the event of cancellation, we retain a pro-ratio portion of the rental fee as follows:

1. 50% of the total rental fee if the cancellation is notified more than 30 days before the start of rental period; and
2. 100% if cancellation is notified during the 30 days before the start of rental period.

Departures:   
Though final and end-of-week cleaning sessions are scheduled for each stay, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a similar condition as when they arrive. This is not to say that you need to wash the towels or sheets or to do the final cleaning yourself, but they are expected to do the dishes, dispose of the trash and leave the place as upon arrival.   Please do not leave dirty towels - they can be placed in the shower.  Once again, this is not a hotel! If the apartment is left unusually dirty, you will be charged for additional cleaning. 

We realize that things do happen, please just alert us to any damage.

Security Deposit:                                              A damage/security deposit is also due at booking. The security damage deposit is only required in case of damage to the property or its contents. It will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure with any deductions documented.

Building Etiquette:                                   Please note that the apartment is located in a very old building, and as such, the walls are very thin. Therefore, you will hear some noise, but please avoid making a lot of noise or shouting, especially at night or early in the morning or on Saturdays and Sundays until noon.

The apartment is NON SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed!
